Long-Term Nutrition/Health Coaching
After getting an overview of your current health situation, and coming to an understanding of your goals and intentions, we’ll make a plan for achieving them. Lifestyle and habit changes for an individual generally take a minimum of 12 weeks; families may take longer. I’ll be with you every step of the way.
Fridge and Pantry Makeover
It all begins in the fridge. I’ll join you in your shopping routine, and help you build a vocabulary of simple meals made from healthy ingredients. We’ll also work on understanding nutrition labels and avoiding common supermarket mistakes.
The aim isn't solely to address symptoms; I am dedicated to identifying and targeting the root cause of any imbalances you may be experiencing.
Muscle Testing
Your body knows innately what is best for you, and it’s ready to tell. Muscle testing, a type of applied kinesiology, is one way to listen.
Body & Wellness
