GAPS Pancakes / Pikelets
Recipe for 4:
1 3/4 cups Almond flour
1 Tbsp Psyllium Husk
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1 Banana (smashed)
4 Eggs
1/3 cup of yoghurt or milk of you choice
50 g Butter (or Coconut oil) melted
1 tsp Baking soda
Vanilla
Combine everything with an electric mixer and fry spoonful’s of batter in heated butter or coconut oil on medium heat for a couple of minutes each side. Serve with yoghurt and berries - Enjoy!
